THE $$$ COLLECTED (especially the EARLY rate) IS ALREADY SPENT ON AIRFARE,

we cannot make exceptions on the deadlines so please do not ask...
Payments made via CHECK must be postmarked on or before the deadline
date.
REFUND POLICY:
100% if cancelled by September 30
50% if cancelled by October 15
No Refunds after October 15
